Susan

As a child, I was such a tomboy that my daddy would tell me I could turn myself into a boy, but the only way to do that was to kiss your elbow. So i could spend hours not bothering him with anything- trying to kiss my elbow. Then, you know, he didn’t have to listen to me “I want to build a fort in the back yard” or any of the other things I was thinking about as a tomboy because I was too busy trying to kiss my elbow.

  1. Haha that’s a pretty straight-forward point you have! That’s pretty much what life is like. I can’t just turn into a boy if I wanted to. I have to be grateful for what i am. But how can I? I don’t want to be a girl, but I don’t want to physically alter gender because I feel it’s wrong. There are some things in life that can’t just happen. It’s dealing with it or comprimising that is the difficult part.
